Automatic line CNC controlled for punching and shearing flat bars up to 40 mm. ALFA plus allows you punching and shearing materials that used to be processed in more expensive ways. Furthermore, a marking station and triple punching head can be optionally mounted so that the best suitable solution according to your needs can be customized.
The flat bars up to 12 m length are pushed and clamped by a carriage. Material is always guided by lateral roller against line reference. The line is equipped with a punching unit up to 40 mm diameter and with a shearing station for material up to 500x40 mm.
